Since our last project update, the progress onsite is now incredible to see.

Glenvill Projects are working towards staged completion of all townhomes between March to May this year. For further information on the completion timeframe for specific homes, purchasers should refer directly to Glenvill’s detailed updates.

Excitingly Abode Restoration has been contracted to commence the repurposing of the former Geelong Glass Works warehouse. Abode are making good progress on important structural improvements, and re-cladding is due to commence in the coming months.

Although structural and re-cladding will be largely complete by the middle of this year, works on the new boutique warehouse-style apartments will continue across the course of 2024 with completion anticipated early 2025.

Hygge Property is coordinating the path network and central garden area plan prepared by Plan E Landscaping. Following the removal of Glenvill’s site compound, these landscaping works are planned to commence in March (paths) and April/May (landscaping), adding an important final touch for new home owners.
