Glenvill Projects have mobilised on site and commenced construction works for The Bottleworks townhomes in June 2022. These works included site scraping and benching works in preparation for foundation works to commence shortly. Piling works will commence late July 2022, with underground plumbing, electrical and slab pours all scheduled to commence in early August.  All building permits for the townhomes have been issued. 

The project team have been working closely with builders to finalise pricing for the construction of The Bottleworks apartments. Despite delays in finalising this detail, the team are still working towards construction and completion of the apartments in parallel with the townhomes.
